Please note that due to the handmade nature of the soaps, there may be variations and changes in the size, cut, weight and color of each soap.
Purchasing and Shipping:
At this time, the shopping cart is set up to accept up to 6 soaps for purchase. If you would like to purchase more than 6 soaps, please contact me directly using the 'Contact Us' form so that I can work out the exact shipping cost for you.
All packages are mailed via Canada Post. Shipping to US customers is offered in 2 forms; Small Packet or Tracked Packet. I recommend choosing Tracked Packet as your shipping method, as it comes with a tracking number and insurance for your protection.
Shipping times are approximate and are provided by Canada Post. I only charge actual shipping charges, which are calculated through Canada Post at the time of shipping. Shipping estimate overages over $1 will be refunded to the buyer. If the shipping costs more than the quoted amount, I will invoice the buyer for the difference.
International Shipping:
I am happy to ship orders internationally, please contact me so that I can quote you an exact shipping price based on the size of your order and method of delivery. Please note that international packages may be subject to additional taxes or duty, and I cannot be responsible for any additional charges.
Returns:
Due to the personal nature of these products, I cannot accept returns; all sales are final. However, if you have any concerns about an item you purchased, please contact me as soon as possible so that we may work together to find an appropriate resolution.
